PLAN LINE TRANSITION

NATIONAL PLANS / MULTI STATE

Multi-Level Managed Care
Our innovative claim system services your plans primary PPO network.  If a provider is not located, the system will search through our national PPO wrap network.  This network electronically searches over 200 national and regional PPO’s.  If the provider is located the claim will be repriced using the negotiated discount.  Again if the provider is not located, a nightly electronic file is sent to an out-of-network claims negotiator who works to achieve a reduction of the claim cost with the provider.  Managed Benefit Plans works to achieve a discount on every claim submitted by your health plan. The Managed Benefit Plans Multi Level Managed Care Program works to protect the financial integrity of our clients health plan.

On the Member Site covered individuals can check claim status, look up providers to check network status, enroll online, and obtain benefits information.

Broker-Consultants can obtain benefits, claims, and eligibility information on a client specific basis, permitting them to deliver a higher level of service to clients .

Healthcare Providers can go to our site to check benefits information on a particular patient, or check the status of a claim they have filed with Managed Benefit Plans (Provider views on a client specific basis).
