- Click check claims located under
Employees for Medical/Dental or FSA/HRA Reimbursement.
- User ID is either
the Member ID # (located on your ID Card) or SS# of the member.
(for dependents under the age of 18 use Employee Member ID #)
- Initial Password
is the Member Date of Birth (always 8 digits) – Example: If the birth date
is January 6th, 1971 the password would be 01061971.
- To check a specific claim click that
claim.
(to view EOB, click on EOB)
- To achieve specific info on a claim,
run the mouse over any heading.
- An e-mail link to customer service
is located at the top right of the employee claim history page. Employees may ask claims or benefit
related questions and a customer service representative will provide an
email response.

To access
your Flexible Spending/HRA balance: Once logged in go to
the Start Here dropdown and click Employee Flex/HRA.
- To access the link to Medical PPO’s,
Medical Management, RX, Dental, or Vision, Click on Healthcare Partners on
the home page or PPO’s on the Plan Line page under Employee.
- To view or download a Benefit Plan
Summary click Plan Summary located under Employee.
As always the
Employee may contact MBP Customer Service Department by calling 800# on their ID
Card or 800-450-0081.
